Vote on Triple M’s Unsigned Find

by on Apr.17, 2009, under Radio, Street Team

Triple M's Unsigned Find Firstly, congratulations to HR King for winning the Perisher Launch Your Band Australian music competition for his song Fearless. Of course that also means that Nitidus didn’t win unfortunately… but for every door that closes, another opens and once more we put the call out to you awesome people to flex your voting power.

Adam has entered some Nitidus tracks to Triple M’s Unsigned Find competition (cheers Adz!).  The competition is run via the social networking website OurStage and, as of this writing, The Taste is sitting at 317th in the competition.  You guys can help change that and potentially win some cash in return.  Here’s how to enter (taken from the website):

  1. Create a free OurStage account.
  2. From April 1, start judging in the Triple M Unsigned Find channel.
  3. You’ll automatically be entered to win $5,000! Each vote = 1 entry into the draw.

Have fun, good luck and thanks for your support, you guys rock!

by on Apr.08, 2009, under Shows

Quick reminder: if you’re looking for something to do this Easter Saturday (11 April), come down to Ruby’s Lounge in Belgrave for a beer with friends and be treated to the rockin’ sounds of Dusted Orange, Spark Iris and The Rock City Riff Raff.  Adam, Marki and myself (Doctor K) will be on stage first to crank out some Nitidus tracks.  Much fun guaranteed, so come on down to Ruby’s Lounge.  Only $10 at the door.

Win a Perisher snow holiday!

by on Apr.06, 2009, under Street Team

LaunchYourBand.com.au Check out the Nitidus songs 21 Alibis, The Taste and Red Morning at www.launchyourband.com.au

While you’re there why not make “Your Pick” from the Launch Your Band jukebox and you could WIN a Perisher Snow Holiday!

Also be sure to give the Nitidus tracks a high rating.  Your ratings will determine which band gets their song featured in the 2009 Perisher Freeride TV commercials, as well as a live performance at the Perisher Spring Carnival in September 2009.

Have fun, and maybe we’ll see you on the slopes of Perisher this snow season.

Ruby’s on Easter Saturday

by on Apr.04, 2009, under Shows

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Creech comeback show, was an awesome night and great to see so many friends once again.  Props to DLG and The Humanz… and big props to Taz, great to see ya back on the mic after defeating the cancer, you’re an inspiration!

Also, it seems that some of you are heading to Ruby’s tonight.  It’s gonna be a great night of Australia’s finest new hip hop talents with Hills Hip-Hop, but I hope you come down next Saturday as well when Adam, Marki and myself will be rocking out with the mighty Dusted Orange.  See you there on Easter Saturday!

(Apologies for any confusion)
